To view your balance and last payments, login on the ALPL website. Once logged in, click on MY ALPL or on MENU and select My Finance:

On a desktop or laptop:

On a mobile device:

This will display Your ALPL Finance overview.

[1] Shows the actual balance of your membership fee account.
0,00€ indicates that all Membership Fees due have been received. A positive amount e.g. +75,00€ indicates that you have overpaid, while a negative amount e.g. 75,00€ indicates that your account is in dept. The line below the balance shows the day until which received payments are indicated. Should you have made a payment e.g. by bank transfer or standing order after the day indicated, this payment would not be reflected. In this case it is recommend to check your account again one or two business days later, to verify that a payment made is recorded correctly.
[2] Kindly make your membership fee payments to this bank account only.
[3] Your personal Membership ID or membership number. This number is used to identify your payments.

When making bank transfers or setting up SEPA direct debit to settle your monthly membership fee payments we kindly ask you to use only your Membership ID in the reference or subject line. No other information is needed to correctly process your payments. Entering only your Membership ID will assist automatic processing of your payments.

[4] Your monthly membership fee due.
[5] Shows the last 18 transactions received for your account, indicating the date these transactions were recoreded.
[6] Click or tab on this icon to copy the information of the related field into the clipboard.
