On 22 December 2023 two separate Collective Work Agreements (CWA) were signed by Cargolux Management and the Unions LCGB and OGBL, covering the period between 01 January 2023 until 31 August 2027.
Both CWA are the result of long and intense negotiations, providing improved working conditions and remuneration for our members.
