The Incident & Accident Guidelines are intended as a guide to ALPL members. This document contains actions to be considered when involved in an accident or a serious incident, which may warrant an official inquiry or investigation and guidelines in case a member is involved in an oil smell incident.

The essential information of Incident and Accident Guidelines have been condensed on a ID card size reference card. It is highly recommended, that each member carries this reference card whenever on duty.
Please contact the ALPL Office to receive your own card or to replace a lost or damaged card.
