Emergency Hotline

+ 352 621 831 095

The Emergency Hotline is available 24/7 on 365 days of the year!

Please note:
That whenever you call the 24/7 Emergency Hotline you will be connected with a call center in the UK and not directly with any member of the ALPL directly!

This is what you should hear when the call center agent answers a call at the hotline:
“This is the ALPL Hotline, how may I help you?”

The call center agent will collect some essential data, which will be passed on to the specially trained members of the association’s Flight Safety Committee. As soon as one of these trained experts will be reached, he will get in touch with you, to provide you with assistance, no matter if you require support at your home base or abroad. In the latter case, support by a local IFALPA member association could be provided.

We kindly ask you to have the following information at hand, whenever calling the Emergency Hotline:

1. Your full name
2. Telephone number where you can be reached e.g. GSM or landline
3. Location and/or address where you are e.g. hotel, airport terminal
4. Brief explanation of the incident or accident

The call center agent will then advise you:
“We will pass your message as fast as possible and somebody from the ALPL will call yo back as fast as possible.”

More important information and guidance on how to act in case you are involved in a serious incident or accident can be found on the Incident & Accident Reference card and Incident & Accident Guidelines.
